BIBAK TEXAS CAMPING - June 13, 14, & 15

Please reserve the following dates: June 13, 14, & 15 - Let’s all go vent out in Huntsville Texas!

What to bring?

- Yourself
- Tent (and tents are useless without the pegs - Dalog discovered it by accident)
- Insect and Reptile repellents.
- Food, Pinikpikan, Food, Bilis, Tinapa, Kamatis nga awan ti Salmonella na.
- Fishing and Reptile hunting gears.
- Seateries and Shiteries.

Gate is open from 7am to 10pm.If you will be a late arrival, you must call
the park prior to 5pm on arrival date for late arrival instructions.

There is a State Park Store at the park.

Entrance fee:  $4 per day, per person 13 and older.
$2 per day, per person for TX residents 65 on 9/1/95 or after.
Entrance fees are in addition to campsite or day use facility fees.

From 3/24/08-6/15/08, there will be some facility destruction/construction.
Facilites that will be impacted are: restroom in the Screened Shelter Area
restroom in the Raven Hill Area, & the restroom at the swimbeach/day use
area. These facilities may not be available for public use during this time
but alternative restrooms will be available in Prairie Branch & across from
the Volunteer Center. Customers are being notified. OTT’s & refunds ok.BC

An excess vehicle fee will be charged for all vehicles over the limit of
2 per site.

Drive lengths and maximum vehicle lengths vary from 15 ft. to 60 ft.
Tent and/or trailer camping.
Sites have picnic table, fire ring and/or grill.

From Houston: Take IH-45 North to exit 109. Turn left on Park Road 40.

The park is 6 miles South of Huntsville.
From Dallas: Take IH 45 South, for 6 miles South of Huntsville, to exit
109. Turn right on Park Road 40 to the park.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

CHECK IN: All campers are required to check in at the park headquarters before occupying a
site.

PAYMENT: You may pay by cash, check (with valid drivers license), travelers check or credit
card (Discover, Mastercard or Visa).  NOTE: Temporary checks are NOT accepted.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Public consumption or display of an open container of an alcoholic
beverage is prohibited.

PETS: Pets must be attended and on a six-foot leash at all times.  Pets are not allowed in
any park buildings, cabins, or shelters.

FIREWOOD: Gathering of firewood is prohibited.

QUESTIONS/CONCERNS: For specific park-related questions/concerns, please contact the park.

CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: Any changes made to reservations may be calculated at new rates,
and will be charged an additional $5 administrative fee.  Check-in and check-out times
subject to change without notice.

CONFIRMED RESERVATION: With a confirmed reservation (see RESERVATION PAYMENT) your site
will be held on the day of arrival until the following morning at 9am, unless site is a
cabin or group facility at which times will vary.  A call to the park is NOT necessary
unless the park has a gate.  If they have a gate, you MUST call the park before 5pm to
arrange after hours entry.

Late arrivals with an UNCONFIRMED reservation MUST call the park before 5pm on the day of
arrival.  If no prior arrangements have been made, unclaimed reservations will be released
at 5pm.

REFUND POLICY:
For sites < $100/day, if you cancel and/or make changes more than 2 days prior to arrival,
you will receive a full refund minus a $5 admin fee per site plus any reservation fees.
Within 48 hours prior to arrival or if you do not go to the park, you will lose the first
day’s payment.
For sites >= $100/day, if you cancel and/or make changes more than 60 days prior to arrival,
you will receive a full refund minus a $25 admin fee per site plus any reservation fees.
Within 60 days prior to arrival, you will lose the first day’s payment. If you do not go
to the park, no refund is given.
To cancel a reservation, contact Customer Service @ (512) 389-8900, 7 days a week.  There is no
charge for adding dates within the same park or for changing parks due to EXTREME weather
conditions with park approval.

ATTENTION:  Fine dining, luxurious accommodations and meeting facilities are
now available at LANTANA LODGE located in the Jordan Unit of Ray Roberts
